Rooms & Rates
The grounds include two separate houses — the Main House and the Guest House. There are four rooms in the Main House and five rooms in the Guest House. Each room is individually decorated with a separate theme. All rooms are air conditioned, have private baths, TV’s and have a king or queen sized bed. Please review the room list below to discover where each room is located and what amenities are included.
Rooms are maxed at four guests; however, some rooms will only fit two guests. Please take note in the list below to find the perfect room for your party.
As a courtesy to all of our guests, we ask that children be over the age of 12.
Rates are between $125 and $180. Price is based on 2 guests — all additional guests will be $35 per person. Our full country breakfast is included in the price. 6% Pennsylvania sales tax will be added to each price as well as a 1.1% County Room tax.
